The self-operated temperature control valve performs automatic temperature regulation without external energy sources. It is suitable for various heat exchange conditions using steam, hot water, thermal oil, and other media. It is widely applied in automatic temperature regulation for heating, air conditioning, and domestic hot water, as well as in special working conditions such as chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, and other production processes.

Working Principle: The self-operated temperature control valve utilizes the principle of thermal expansion and incompressibility of liquids to achieve automatic regulation. The expansion of the liquid in the temperature sensor is uniform, providing proportional control. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts accordingly. If the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve stem downward to close the valve and reduce the flow of the heating medium. If the temperature is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid contracts, and the return spring pushes the valve stem to open, increasing the flow of the heating medium.
